Microenterprise Program Manager

Alicia LaFosse

Alicia LaFosse is the Microenterprise Program Manager for New Venture’s Maine Midcoast Region who joined the organization in 2023. She has a Masters of Science in Education from the University of Southern Maine and a Bachelor of Arts in Women’s Studies from Bates College. Alicia has been an educator for almost thirty years working with adults, teenagers and children. She taught Business and Technical English classes in German companies as well as supported the family business with bookkeeping. For the past ten years, she has been in public education where she developed curriculum, was a member of the leadership team and district curriculum committee.
